If you have a need to consider a refund or cancellation, you are likely an existing member or customer of ICISI. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than having thousands of happy ICISI customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver a amazing customer experience. Rest assured, we strive to correct any hiccups along the way. ICISI has a no questions asked policy. We will “make it right!” That said, here are some things you might want to know.
You may cancel your membership at any time. If you are unhappy with your membership and we cannot right the wrong we will provide you full refund up until the 364th day of your annual membership subscription. If you wish to cancel your membership and would like a refund email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin processing your request immediately.
Training / Certifications
If you are unhappy with ICISI training you can request a refund up until the last day of the course and prior to your final exam. If you want to cancel or reschedule for a different class prior to attending just let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we will process your request.
Discounts and Promotions
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
